Professional piping works

carried out by trained and experienced pipe fitters and locksmiths who can read isometric drawings and other necessary documentation.

Overall welding works

carried out by highly qualified workers with a wide range of experience with various welding methods, including the orbital welding. The qualification of the welders is regularly verified in accordance with EN and ISO standards in our own training centre under the supervision of experienced welding technologists.

Non-destructive testing

performance of non-destructive testing in the extent of visual and penetration testing, radiography (X-ray tests) and PMI

ATD and ABD

preparation of accompanying technical documentation and as-built documentation from the first scratch to the approval by the client

Profi Steel has its own production facilities located in Levice, Slovakia.

The total usable area of the production hall is 900m²:

  • Usable area with a 10-ton capacity overhead crane, covering 300m² with a lifting height of up to 5 meters.
  • Usable area of 600m² with the option to use a mobile crane with a lifting height of up to 10 meters if needed.

Additionally, we have a workshop that provides an additional 200m² of usable space. In total, we have 1100m² of production space at our disposal, allowing us to handle complex projects while maintaining our commitment to quality, safety, and timely project completion.
